RPC Growth is a leading investment company for the German-speaking SME sector. As a trustworthy partner, we support our portfolio companies with not only capital but also our extensive entrepreneurial experience, helping to realize planned growth and operational potential. We see ourselves as a sparring partner who, when needed, actively supports the management of our portfolio companies and contributes our broad network – always on an equal footing with the existing management! RPC Growth is financed by entrepreneurial families

from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In contrast

to traditional financial investors, we therefore invest

sustainably and for the long term. We are not bound

by the duration of an investment fund.

Growth financing

Many successful companies know exactly what measures to take for further growth. However, these measures are often only possible with additional investments from private assets. As an experienced sparring partner of RPC Growth, we look forward to discussing your growth plans and are happy to provide additional own capital for corresponding measures.

This also includes the establishment of a group operating beyond regional borders through acquisitions of similarly positioned market participants. With many of our portfolio companies, we have already been able to significantly increase value through so-called "buy-and-build", from which our partners in management and shareholders have greatly benefited. In coordination with you, we are happy to take over all activities related to an acquisition, allowing you to continue to focus on your operational business.

Management-buy-outs / -buy-ins

At RPC Growth, we are happy to support ambitious managers in acquiring equity stakes in a company. This can be the case with a company where you are already employed as a manager (so-called Management-Buy-Out), or in a company where you have not been active before (so-called Management-Buy-In).

In both cases, we see ourselves as a partner who, in addition to financial resources, can also contribute our expertise from numerous transactions. This includes in particular the development of an appropriate transaction structure that takes into account your individual financial circumstances and simultaneously opens up attractive compensation for the further development of the respective company. We are also at your side as a sparring partner in the development of a future-oriented corporate strategy.
