FUND I is set to launch in 2024, focusing
on investments in medium-sized companies
in the D-A-CH region that offer operational
value creation and development potential.
Strategy
The strategy targets corporate spin-offs, platform creation, and complex buy-out situations with revenues of 2 million CHF/EUR or more. A key differentiator is access to the RPC GROUP team, which supports the portfolio companies in their operational development and future growth.
Investment criteria deal size
We focus on companies with a minimum revenue of 2 million CHF/EUR and equity requirements of up to 100 million CHF/EUR.
Situation
We look for opportunities for control investments in companies with development potential, especially in the context of a succession solution requiring financial and/or operational improvements.
Sectors
We invest in opportunities rather than specific sectors, although we have proven expertise in the secondary and tertiary sectors.
Transaction types
We specialize in investments in medium-sized companies, corporate spin-offs, platform creation, and complex buy-outs.
Market
We target companies operating in stable or growing markets or having long-term growth prospects.
Geography
We target companies headquartered in the D-A-CH region conducting a significant portion of their business in Western Europe, specifically in GDACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden), Southern Europe (Spain, Northern Italy), and Central & Eastern Europe. Many of our past investments also had business activities in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America.
